Cancellation Policy

Cancellation For Consultations Whilst I will endeavour to be there and ready for your complimentary session, kindly I ask that you are ready and prepared. The session will be cancelled if you are later than 10mins and you forfeit your right to the complimentary consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can request it via info@desireeanorth.com at least 24hours in advance. Cancellations for Planning Sessions Whilst I will endeavour to be there and ready for your session, I kindly ask that you are ready and prepared as well. The session will be cancelled if you are later than 10mins and you will forfeit your right to the complimentary planning session. There will be a rebooking fee of £50 if your session is not attended as booked. If you need to reschedule, you can request it via info@desireeanorth.com at least 24hours in advance.
